Johnny, a charismatic evangelical pastor, is known for performing daredevil acrobatics as feats of strength. Despite his staunchly conservative reputation, Johnny becomes infatuated with his male disciple Yang. One day, Yang goes missing. Distraught, Johnny investigates the matter, only to find the trails of evidence leading back to those he is closest to.

Linh Duong is a Vietnamese filmmaker who is extremely fascinated with sad, angsty and naggy middle-aged women. She has just completed a series of shorts that tackle this topic with a rather quirky sense of humor. Her films have been competing and winning awards at various festivals around the world.
Linh previously attended Berlinale Talents in 2020, Asian Film Academy in 2016, Locarno Summer Academy and Bucheon Fantastic Film School in 2015. She is developing her first feature, Don’t cry, butterfly, which recently won Moulin D’ande – CECI Award at Locarno Open Doors 2019.

Tan Si En is a film & TV producer and founder of film and tv company – Momo Film Co. An alumnus of Berlinale Talents and Rotterdam Lab, Si En produced Dreaming & Dying by Nelson Yeo which made its World Premiere at the prestigious Locarno Film Festival 2023. And Wet Season by Anthony Chen which premiered at Toronto International Film Festival 2019, Platform Competition. Wet Season has been selected by the Singapore Film Commission as the nation’s Oscars 2021 representative and was lauded critically, receiving 12 awards internationally including the distinguished Golden Horse Awards. Her latest co-production The Year Of The Everlasting Storm premiered in Cannes Film Festival 2021 and Arnold Is A Model Student by Sorayos Prapapan premiered in Locarno Film Festival 2022.
