Presented by Goethe Institut Philippines. Director Narges Kalhor casts actress Baharak Abdolifard to be her avatar in this unusual piece of docufiction. The director’s full name is Narges Shahid Kalhor, and ‘Shahid’ means ‘martyr.’ The name was attached to her family following the death of her great-grandfather while praying. Looking to free herself from the connotations and history of the name, Kalhor goes through the process of having her name changed through the German bureaucracy.

Ang buong pangalan ng director ay Narges Shahid Kalhor, at ang ‘Shahid’ at nangangahulugang ‘martir’. Dininkit ang pangalan sa kanyang pamilya pagkatapos ng pagkamatay ng kanyang lolo sa tuhod habang nagdadasal.
