In this documentary, director Albert Serra follows this charismatic star of the bloodsport over the course of a day, from the moment he dresses up in his elaborate costume, to the moment that he undresses, capturing the pomp and pageantry that is inextricable from the violent, nihilist spectacle that is the bullfight.
