Presented by Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Jakarta. 1980s Hong Kong. Lok (Raymond Lam) is a refugee trying to get papers so that he can stay in Hong Kong. Scammed and then pursued by the Triads, he runs to the Walled City of Kowloon, which at this time had been practically abandoned by the government, and had become a lawless place informally run by a gang. But at the same time, it has become the last refuge for outsiders and the poor, and Lok soon discovers something worth fighting for.
