Through an unusual government scheme, Santosh (Shahana Goswami) inherits her recently deceased husband’s role as a police constable in Northern India. The title is meant to be ceremonial, but when the rape and murder of a girl goes uninvestigated, Santosh is pulled into the case. With the help of the charismatic Inspector Sharma (Sunita Rajwar), Officer Santosh must challenge the norms of rural India in order to find justice.
Dahil sa kakaibang government scheme, minana ni Santosh (Shahana Goswami) ang posisyon na police constable sa Northern India mula sa kanyang pumanaw na asawa. Hindi dapat seryoso ang titulo, pero nang nagkaroon ng rape at murder na hindi pinansin ng mga pulis, napilitan si Santosh na kunin ang kaso. Kasama ang tulong ni Inspector Sharma (Sunita Rajwar), haharapin ni Officer Santosh ang mga nakasanayan sa rural India para makamit ang katarungan.
