Media Accreditation
Media Accreditation QCinema welcomes you to its 14th edition!
The 14th QCinema International Film Festival, happening November 13–22, 2026, invites members of the media to apply for festival accreditation. Approved applicants will receive a festival media badge, subject to QCinema’s accreditation guidelines and policies.
Who Can Apply?
- PRINT MEDIA OUTLETS
Newspapers, trade magazines, and wire services that publish regularly. Freelance journalists may be required to provide proof of assignment or affiliation with a media organization. - BROADCAST MEDIA OUTLETS
Television and radio networks, particularly programs that regularly feature film, arts, culture, lifestyle, and entertainment news. - ONLINE MEDIA OUTLETS
Websites, blogs, vlogs, and established social media-based media platforms that are regularly updated and publish relevant editorial content.
Accreditation Guidelines
- Applicants must provide accurate and complete information in their application.
- Accreditation is subject to evaluation and approval by QCinema.
- Priority may be given to applicants who regularly cover film, arts, culture, lifestyle, travel, and entertainment, as well as established media organizations and relevant content creators.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee accreditation.
- Media badges are issued to approved applicants only and are non-transferable.
- Approved media representatives will receive five (5) film credits for festival screenings, subject to availability and applicable booking guidelines.
- Accreditation does not automatically guarantee access to all screenings, press events, interviews, or other festival activities. Additional arrangements may be required, subject to availability and festival policies.
Social Media Usage
By applying for accreditation, applicants acknowledge that QCinema may repost or share their publicly available festival-related posts, photos, and videos, with appropriate credit to the original creator. Ownership of the original content remains with the creator.
Application Deadline
The deadline for media accreditation applications is October 31, 2026.
Approved applicants will receive an email notification regarding their application status on November 6, 2026.
As QCinema receives a high volume of applications each year, accreditation cannot be guaranteed to everyone who applies. The festival reserves the right to evaluate applications based on eligibility, relevance, and available accreditation slots.
